So, all this week I’ve been very tired. I tried taking feroglobin but it was starting to make me feel sick so I stopped and went without any energy supplements which was probably a bad idea. I managed five days straight working with a late night finish in the middle ok but I don’t really want to try and do that again; I’m still quite tired despite going to bed early last night and sleeping in much later than normal this morning. It probably hasn’t helped that my stomach did a very strange thing this morning and rejected my breakfast – along with possible some of my meds – not once but thrice!
I only had rice cakes because I don’t have any gluten-free cereal in the flat nor did I have any bread for toast. I don’t know if it was because of the rice cakes or because I took my prednisolone, azathioprine and adcal-d3 at the same time as my mesalazine or something entirely different. I wouldn’t have thought it’d be because I took them all together but it happens again I think it’s something I’d need to talk to my doctor about. I’m feeling much better now and food at least staying down so that’s a plus. I’m planning on an early night again; got to be up early to get my blood test done.

I made a wake-up workout! I’ve made a similar workout before however I’m liking this style of layout a lot more so will redesign my previous work outs to match! Would love to know if any of you try it out :)) follow befit-andbeproud for more fitness/health motivation!

Tried this after work and I think I could manage it on a daily basis. If only I had the time in the mornings.

My messy dinner of gluten-free pasta with steamed frozen veg, Stilton blue cheese and grated cheddar on top. Also, epic salted caramel hot chocolate with cream and mini marshmallows.

Gluten free pasta with stir-fried chicken and peppers in lemon sauce. I shall have to look out for stir-fry sauces that are gluten free as this one is not, unfortunately.
Day #3 gluten free
I’m sticking with it! Had gluten free sandwiches again, two of my homemade cakes and a rice cake. Feeling pretty tired now though, even though I had some feroglobin this morning. At least I’ll sleep well tonight.

Day #2 gluten free
I’ve had sandwiches made with gluten-free bread, one of my GF muffins, GF crisps and fruit today and I’m feeling ok. Didn’t have any feroglobin because I didn’t think I needed it this morning but I did have an energy tablet in water when I got to work. They taste weird but it’s bareable.
