I made a wake-up workout! I’ve made a similar workout before however I’m liking this style of layout a lot more so will redesign my previous work outs to match! Would love to know if any of you try it out :)) follow befit-andbeproud for more fitness/health motivation! 

I really like the look of this.
I’m seriously going to consider introducing this into my daily routine.

I could do with this. I don’t really think the gym will be a thing for a while.

Tried this after work and I think I could manage it on a daily basis. If only I had the time in the mornings.
