When you spend 20 mins on the toilet but nothing happens so you go back to bed only to return seconds later because now you need to poop!

WhatCanIEat blog. My experience living with Ulcerative Colitis, a stoma and a j-pouch. IBD (UC) warrior since 2016, end ileostomy formed April 2017, j-pouch & loop-ileostomy formed June 2018, stoma closed March 2019, loop ileostomy re-opened August 2019 due to pouch failure.
