They’re starting me on Mercaptopurine which, apparently, should be better for me than Azathioprine. I’ll be starting them tomorrow morning so fingers crossed I should be feeling better in about a week or so (provided they work).
Also, I still have to have a blood test every week for the first six weeks, then every two weeks, then every three months if all goes well. Wish me luck!
