I’m still using the Plant Nanny app to track the amount of water I’m drinking each day which has been really good up until last week; it reckoned I should be drinking 2400ml of water per day which was fine. However, I have had to bring it down to 2000ml per day as I was getting stomachaches and bloating if I tried to drink that extra 400ml. I also found it was going straight through me and I was in and out of the bathroom all day (more so than usual). The adjusted amount seems to be more manageable so I’m going to see how it goes for the next week. It may very well have to go back up if I go back to the gym but we’ll see.
