Did a little bit more training with the rats this evening. It makes me a happy spoonie to be able to play with these little guys each day. It’s probably what gets me through my days; knowing I get to go home to their adorable little faces.

It’s Sunday morning and I’m on my way to work the sixth (but last) day in a row this week, so I thought I’d share the first decent picture of rat #2, Ysrela. She is the shy one so I’m really glad to have got such a good picture of her. We have named her more adventurous sister Zynaida.
Work today will likely be boring because we are non-testing (I work in an opticians) which means it’ll be me and one other colleagues on the shop floor all day. No one else. It’s a short day at least so I’m looking forward to going home and having a nice chilled out evening before I need to get up for my blood test tomorrow morning.
Not IBD-related but we have rats! Here is a little picture of one of them chewing on some paper. Her sister is really shy and hiding at the moment.
